Behind the scenes at Brasserie One

Today I thought I’d share a couple of fab dishes from our current Brasserie One menu straight from the kitchen. Make the most of your lunch break and join us for lunch from noon until 2pm and then perhaps walk it off with a stroll in St James’s Park which is on our doorstep. The autumnal colours in the park and foraging wildlife are stunning at the moment! To book a table at Brasserie One please contact us on 020 7665 2340.

New This Month: Autumn Food & Wine Pairing

Pan-fried hake with chickpea and chorizo stewThis month I recommend the fish-eaters among you try the delicious Pan-fried hake with chickpea and chorizo stew which we are currently serving in our Brasserie One, alongside the 2017 Kraal Bay Chenin Blanc from our wine list. This wine from South Africa has the weight to match the sumptuous, rich flavours of the stew. See if you can also detect its delicious notes of green apple sweets, minerals and chalk, honey, orange peel and a floral perfume. Delicious!
