This Chocolate Walnut Fudge recipe is sooooo easy to make and makes a great little treat for yourself, or as a way to say thank you to key workers or neighbours!
- 250g Baking Milk Chocolate
- 25g Butter
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
- 100g Chopped Walnuts
Break up the chocolate, knob of butter and ¾ of the can of condensed milk (enjoy the rest in your coffee) into a microwavable pot. Heat for 2 minutes and then stir while resisting the temptation to dig in!
Heat for a further 2 minutes. Do not panic when you take out the bowl and the chocolate is bubbling away. Stir for a minute and gradually the consistency returns to a think shiny goo.
Add in the chopped walnuts reserving a few for the top.
Line a baking tin with either some parchment paper or a layer of margarine. Pour in the mixture and set in the fridge for 6 hours or so. Overnight is best! Chop into any shape you fancy and present with a little tag saying ‘Thank You’!
