Every year the Beverage List gets a shakedown and some of our staff (above) have the terrible task of tasting the chosen new wines! We look at the suitability of old wines, wines that have been discontinued and wines that don’t sell well for possible replacements. We also look at new trends in the market, emerging wine regions and grape varieties. All of this is done in light of the Spring budget and inevitable Duty increases to alcoholic beverages.
