We have just finished a mini refurbishment of our Café bar in these first 2 weeks of January.
We have installed a new servery hot cupboard and fridges, along with new ceilings and lighting, replacement of the carpeted floor and a fresh paint job – all completed by either specialist contractors or the very talented and dedicated Maintenance team.
Some minor changes such as moving the electrical sound boxes and installing a new coffee list blackboard have helped freshen up the place.
I’m happy to introduce you to our new Revenue & Sales Executive, Kristina Thompson.
Before joining me in the Revenue Team at One Great George Street, Kristina worked as a Sales Executive for Levy Restaurants based at HMS Belfast for over 4 years.
When asked what she was most looking forward to in her new role, Kristina notes:
I’m most looking forward to selling a venue which is completely different to what I am used to and working as part of what I can already tell is a great team.

A fun fact about Kristina? She is part Polish and Adam Mickiewicz (known by some as the Polish equivalent of Shakespeare!) is her great, great, great Grandfather!
