This year we’ve gone all out on our decorations and have installed a 14ft Koster fir tree, complete with 2000 silver, gold and burgundy baubles (500 of which are Art Deco), 20 gold garlands and 100 glitter birds!

The pillars are festooned with gold branches and have been lit in amber to give the whole space a warm glow.

I’m sure you’ll agree that it looks very special. Thanks to TBR Floral Design for another wonderful install.

Today I thought I’d share a couple of fab dishes from our current Brasserie One menu straight from the kitchen. Make the most of your lunch break and join us for lunch from noon until 2pm and then perhaps walk it off with a stroll in St James’s Park which is on our doorstep.
