Pan-fried hake with chickpea and chorizo stewThis month I recommend the fish-eaters among you try the delicious Pan-fried hake with chickpea and chorizo stew which we are currently serving in our Brasserie One, alongside the 2017 Kraal Bay Chenin Blanc from our wine list. This wine from South Africa has the weight to match the sumptuous, rich flavours of the stew. See if you can also detect its delicious notes of green apple sweets, minerals and chalk, honey, orange peel and a floral perfume. Delicious!
