I’m delighted to welcome Gonçalo Cameira to our Catering team here at One Great George Street – London’s recently crowned ‘Best Private Dining Venue’ at The London Venue Awards.

Gonçalo will be in charge of running the day-to-day operations in Brasserie One. Prior to joining us Gonçalo was Food & Beverage Co-ordinator at London Bridge Hotel, assisting the F&B Manager with both operational and administrative support within their catering department.

Gonçalo is a keen wine connoisseur with an eye for the next rising stars in wine trends. Look out for him on Friday evenings in our Café Bar conducting important research on the subject – welcome to the team Gonçalo!
