Catering for me is bit like watching one of those massive passenger aircrafts taking off. Hundreds of tonnes of people, metal, luggage and fuel taking to the air being held up by nothing more than air pressure, something you can’t even see. Everything about it says that it should work but you have to grudgingly accept that it just does.

Here at One Great George Street we offer a wide range of options for Fine Dining events, with Dining Packages to suit your requirements, whether you’re looking to accommodate just 10 or 260 guests. For more intimate dinners, the President’s Dining Room (featured), Stephenson Room and Director General’s Office are ideal, while our State Rooms such as the Smeaton Room or Council Room and our aptly-named Great Hall are all ideal for larger dinners.
